We work with students of all ages (0-adult) by providing the strategies and management tools necessary to become aware of our emotions and behaviors in order to self-regulate and improve mental health and behaviors.
Suggested: 1-2 sessions/week. Individual and small group sessions available.

We work with families, caregivers, and educators to strengthen their Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills and improve behavior, by helping to identify target behaviors; providing coaching support in planning; and assisting in implementing behavior support plans.
Suggested: 2 sessions/week. Support continues as needed via text, phone, or in person.
